  • Custom orders require varying processing times based on the product's complexity and detail.

  • Each product page specifies the applicable processing and production times.

Shipping Times

We provide free worldwide standard shipping to eligible countries (see list below).
The estimated delivery times for standard shipping are:

  • United Kingdom (UK): 3–10 business days*

  • Europe: 1–2 weeks*

  • United States (USA): 3–10 business days*

  • Middle East: 3 weeks*

  • Central Asia: 3 weeks*

  • Australia & New Zealand: 1–2 weeks*

  • South America: 1–3 weeks*

*Delivery timeframes are estimates based on recent deliveries and are not guaranteed. While we strive to meet delivery expectations, unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, weather disruptions, or courier issues may affect delivery times. Refunds will not be issued for delays beyond the estimated timeframe.

Shipping Taxes and Duties
